When you make a Booking through our Services, you are entering into an agreement with the relevant Travel Suppliers, not with MonisParaf Travel. We act as an intermediary between you and the Travel Suppliers. By making a Booking, you authorize us to act as your agent in making arrangements with Travel Suppliers on your behalf.
A Booking is not confirmed until we send you a written confirmation. Please review all details in the confirmation carefully. You are responsible for notifying us of any errors or discrepancies immediately upon receipt.
Full payment or a deposit (as specified during the booking process) is required to confirm your Booking. The payment amount and schedule will be communicated to you before you complete your Booking. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.
We charge service fees for our booking and planning services. These fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete your Booking. Service fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Prices of travel services are subject to change until your Booking is confirmed. Even after confirmation, prices may change due to factors beyond our control, such as currency fluctuations, government taxes, or Travel Supplier surcharges. If a price increase exceeds 10% of the total Booking value after confirmation, you may have the option to cancel with a full refund.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the Travel Suppliers involved in your Booking. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your Booking will be communicated to you before you complete your Booking. In general:
Changes to confirmed Bookings (such as dates, accommodation, or traveler details) may be subject to availability and additional fees imposed by Travel Suppliers. Change requests must be submitted in writing, and we cannot guarantee that all change requests can be accommodated.
Refund processing times vary depending on the payment method and Travel Supplier policies. Credit card refunds typically take 7-14 business days to process. Some Travel Supplier refunds may take up to 12 weeks to process.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations, or for any delay, cancellation, or change to your travel arrangements due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, and governmental actions. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of the relevant Travel Suppliers.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for your journey. We may provide general information about these requirements, but it is your responsibility to verify and comply with all travel document requirements.
For international travel, most countries require that passports be valid for at least six months beyond the date of entry. You must ensure your passport meets this requirement.
You are responsible for assessing and addressing any health or safety concerns related to your travel. This includes obtaining recommended vaccinations, medications, and medical clearance if necessary. We recommend consulting with a travel medicine specialist before traveling to international destinations.
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. Travel insurance is not included in our Services unless explicitly stated in your Booking confirmation.
Each Travel Supplier has its own terms and conditions that apply to your Booking. These may include policies regarding check-in/check-out times, baggage allowances, cancellations, and conduct during travel. You agree to comply with all terms and conditions imposed by Travel Suppliers, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
MonisParaf Travel acts solely as an agent for the Travel Suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Travel Suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on our Website or the services provided by Travel Suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall MonisParaf Travel, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, or for any cost of substitute services arising out of or in connection with these Terms or from the use of or inability to use our Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you to us for the specific Booking giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MonisParaf Travel, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may initiate legal proceedings in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please stop using our Services.
These Terms, together with any additional terms and conditions incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and MonisParaf Travel regarding our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and MonisParaf Travel regarding our Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of MonisParaf Travel.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Any attempt to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. We may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
